TeamSite /CMS Developer Role Summary Seeking an experienced CMS Technical Lead / Senior CMS Developer to own and support the current OpenText CMS platform while driving future CMS modernization initiatives. The role will lead architecture decisions, platform development, integrations, migrations, and the transition to a modern headless/composable CMS ecosystem. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with OpenText CMS Extensive Java development experience Experience supporting, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise CMS platforms Strong understanding of CMS architecture, content modeling, and integrations Experience with API development and system integrations Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and development initiatives Experience mentoring and guiding development teams Responsibilities Own and manage the current OpenText CMS platform Design, develop, and maintain CMS-related applications and integrations Conduct current-state platform assessments and recommend improvements Define target-state CMS architecture and modernization roadmap Lead CMS migration planning and execution activities Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture and technology decisions Drive development standards, best practices, and technical governance Lead integration efforts across enterprise applications and digital platforms Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with headless/composable CMS platforms Contentful Contentstack Storyblok Strong JavaScript / TypeScript development experience Experience with React.js and Next.js API-first architecture and microservices experience Cloud platform experience CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation Experience leading CMS transformation and migration programs Knowledge of modern digital experience platforms and content delivery architectures Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
