Community Operations This intermediate-senior level Operations role is based out of Toronto and requires a highly motivated individual to be responsible to support the day-to-day operations team, optimization of building systems and preventative maintenance of the building. In your customer first mentality you build relationships with community customers, your colleagues, external contractors, while working collaboratively with the Taylor Co. leadership team. You will be responsible for: - Customer, client and colleague satisfaction - Support operations team and prioritize all incoming customer requests - Liaison and support capital projects, repairs and maintenance with contractors, vendors and consultants - Participate in the on-call rotation which may include all buildings in the portfolio - Assist with environmental assessments, indoor air quality audits and other reporting studies/investigations - Lead corporate occupational health and safety program - Support/Perform testing, inspect buildings, and maintain documentation on building condition, drawings, etc. - Assist with the operations of community systems and preventative maintenance (examples) including elevator, plumbing, lighting, HVAC and other mechanical equipment and electrical systems - Maintain an effective equipment preventative maintenance program, fire & life safety program throughout the community - Support capital and construction projects and impact to the property - Inspections and troubleshooting all base building equipment, for example the BAS, HVAC system and other components as required To succeed in this role: - Minimum of 5-10+ years
