Your Opportunity: International Graphics, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator to join the team in Stratford, Ontario (Canada)! Your Shift: 1st shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday Your Responsibilities: Prepare and operate cutting and finishing equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. Performs routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output. Check paper for type, size, color and quantity. Check job descriptions for correct format. Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality. Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates. Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment. The Equipment Operator is responsible for preparing and operating cutting and finishing equipment while ensuring quality standards are met. They must also perform routine maintenance and coordinate with the production team to prioritize and complete jobs efficiently.

Candidates must possess strong mechanical and mathematical abilities, along with the capacity to work with close tolerances. Good reading skills and a high level of attention to detail are required for this role.
