Senior Accounting Analyst | Real Estate I'm partnering with a growing real estate investment and asset management organization to recruit a Senior Accounting Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with strong financial analysis and reporting experience who wants exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets across Canada and the United States. The Opportunity Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Asset Management, you'll play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, consolidations, asset performance analysis, refinancing initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic projects. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have visibility across the entire real estate portfolio. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Financial reporting and variance analysis ✅ Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections ✅ Property performance analysis including occupancy, revenue, expenses, and NOI trends ✅ Financial consolidations and management reporting ✅ Supporting acquisitions, refinancing activities, and lender reporting ✅ Audit, tax, and compliance support ✅ Financial modelling and ad hoc analysis ✅ Process improvement and systems-related projects What We're Looking For ✔ CPA designation ✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce ✔ 7-10 years of progressive accounting and/or financial analysis experience ✔ Strong Excel and financial modelling skills ✔ Experience with financial consolidations ✔ Real estate industry experience preferred ✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills ➕ Yardi, MRI, or other property management software experience ➕ Exposure to acquisitions, refinancing, and asset management ➕ Canadian corporate accounting experience ➕ Exposure to U.S. real estate operations or reporting requirements For a confidential discussion, please apply directly.
