Schedule: Rotation 1 (Days): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday → 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Every other Saturday → 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Rotation 2 (Nights): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday → 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Every other Saturday → 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Salary: $46.16/hour Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment (presses, machinery, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, inspections, wear checks) Support continuous improvement and change initiatives Collaborate with production teams, managers, and suppliers Participate in safety and communication meetings Uphold 5S workplace organization and health & safety standards Provide coaching and leadership to peers as needed Qualifications When your expertise drives us: Red Seal Certification (Industrial Mechanic, Millwright, or Machinist) High School diploma or GED 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Journeyman level) Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics Welding (CWB certified – strong asset) Print industry or HVAC experience (asset) Safety training: Fall Protection, Confined Space, WHMIS Valid operator certificates: Forklift, Scissor Lift, Genie Boom Comfortable with 12-hour rotating continental shifts (day & night) Computer skills (Microsoft Office) When benefits really help you live better: We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home. Candidates must hold a Red Seal Certification as an Industrial Mechanic, Millwright, or Machinist and possess at least 5 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety protocols is required.
