The Kitting Associate is responsible for picking, assembling, packaging, and preparing products according to work orders, pick tickets, and packing slips. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities. This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth. The salary range for this position is $20-21 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities. Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Picking finished goods using pick tickets and packing slips Assembling and packaging products into completed kits Performing light assembly tasks using basic tools and instructions Counting and verifying products to ensure order accuracy Conducting visual quality inspections and report defects or damage Following work orders and packaging instructions accurately Supporting changing production priorities and move between tasks as required Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications When your expertise drives us: Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or general labour experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable with excellent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities When Benefits Really Help You Live Better We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home.
