Production Artist - 3 month-contract

We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to join our production team in Winnipeg. This person will work closely with internal teams to prepare, modify, and proof artwork for printing, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Schedule: Monday to Friday - Onsite - 8:00am to 4:30pm Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Create and modify artwork according to customer and company specifications. Set up artwork on company proof templates. Manage and organize digital artwork files in Mac environments. Perform trapping and artwork adjustments for print production as specified. Prepare files for production. Review and verify color separations. Read and interpret blueprints and production. specifications Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. The Production Artist will prepare, modify, and proof artwork for printing while ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. They will collaborate with internal teams to manage digital files and interpret production specifications to meet deadlines.

Candidates must have a college degree in Design or Production Art and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the print or graphics industry. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and experience working in Mac environments are required.
