The salary range for this position is $22/hour to $24/hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Shift Schedule: Schedule is subject to change Day Shift : 5:00AM-5:00PM (2-2-3) Night Shift: 5:00PM-5:00AM (Wednesday to Tuesday, 1 week on, 1 week off, shift work) Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Operate and maintain production equipment to support daily manufacturing activities Handle, move, and organize materials and finished products throughout the facility Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and report any concerns promptly Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Support production schedules and work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets Participate in 5S, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives designed to enhance business performance Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues Perform equipment operation and material handling tasks, which may include: weigh scales, stretch wrappers, forklifts, clamp trucks, BT lifters, Raymond Reach trucks, roll handling equipment, stackers, inserter and bindery equipment Qualifications When your expertise drives us: Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality results Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing equipment and processes Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High level of initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort working with technology and production systems Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across shifts Willingness to learn new equipment, technologies, and processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with regular lifting of up to 35 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment When benefits really help you live better: We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home.
