Our client is seeking located in North York is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on temporary basis for a minimum of four months. In this role, you will be the face of the office, sitting at the front desk reception to welcome high-level visitors while providing essential administrative support behind the scenes. Primary Responsibilities Manage and coordinate calendars for the VPs), scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments while protecting their time. Act as the first point of contact for the office. Meet, greet, and host senior executives, clients, and partners. Manage incoming mail, couriers, and central communications Setup and coordinate internal and external meetings, including handling agendas, room bookings, and catering. Assist with expense reporting and tracking for the VP. Maintain organized digital files, manage document routing via platforms like DocuSign, and handle everyday clerical tasks (scanning, archiving, office errands). Qualifications Comfortable and highly professional in a high-traffic environment; exceptional at hosting and greeting senior leadership. Previous administrative experience with demonstrated ability to support multiple executives. Ability to manage daily tasks, anticipate business needs, and successfully keep multiple calendars aligned. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. A "roll up your sleeves" attitude—happy to jump into administrative tasks or front-of-house needs with equal enthusiasm.
