To Support Team Drilling’s growth, we are looking for the ideal candidate to provide dependable HSE administration and crew/travel support, so Team Drilling’s crews are trained, documented, scheduled, mobilized, and returned home safely and efficiently. The position supports the HSE Manager and Operations team, keeping records, schedules, and follow-up actions current. Position: HSE and Crew Logistics Coordinator. Reports to: Operations Managers HSE functional reporting: Works directly with and supports the HSE Manager. Location: Team Drilling Saskatoon head office; field / remote travel as required. Employment Type: Full Time Core Responsibilities: HSE administration: maintain the training matrix and employee certification database. Coordinate new-hire HSE documentation, orientations and required training. Assist the HSE Manager with incident and near-miss documentation and supporting records. Assist with ensuring HSE documentation current and WCB return-to-work administrative documentation. Crew Logistics and Travel, maintain current crew rosters, project assignments and rotation schedules. Coordinate crew mobilization and demobilization. Coordinate with Travel agency to book flights, charter mine flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Track and coordinate relief crews and current employee assignments. Support Project Managers, Supervisors, Operations and HSE. Maintain organized electronic records. Education and Experience: Post-secondary certificate or diploma in OHS, business Administration, Logistics HR or related field experience, or 3 – 5 years combined HSE administration, logistics, workforce coordination or related experience preferred. Diamond Drilling, Mining, construction fly in fly out experience is a strong asset. Strong computer Skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, TEAMS, and document skills Ability to learn HSE / workforce management software.
