Business Analyst

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets with a strong understanding of trading, investment banking, post-trade operations, trade lifecycle, • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. • Experience working in Agile environments, supporting UAT, and driving successful project delivery. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; • Experience working in large programs. Ability to co-ordinate with multi stakeholders - business users, developers, BAs, PM • Ability to collaborate and bring disparate teams together in order to achieve common understanding to solution approach, project • Experience in project planning and tracking using Jira

The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while collaborating with stakeholders. They will support UAT and drive successful project delivery in a Capital Markets environment.

Candidates should have experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and a strong understanding of trading and investment banking. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in Agile environments and project planning using Jira.
