Job Description This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire Lead Frontend- Angular resource at Brampton, ON. Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications: 8 to 12 years professional experience in large-scale front-end software development Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent experience Technical skills set Framework & Language: Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, micro‑frontend architecture. Core Angular: Components, Directives, Pipes, Modules, Lifecycle Hooks Routing & Navigation: Angular Router, Nested Routes, Lazy Loading, Route Guards Forms: Template-driven Forms, Reactive Forms, Dynamic Fields, Custom Validators HTTP & Services: Dependency Injection, HTTP Client, Interceptors, Service Integration Reactive Programming: RxJS, Observables, Subjects, BehaviorSubject, Stream Combination State Management: NgRx (Store, Effects, Selectors, Entity, Meta Reducers) Testing Tools: Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Angular TestBed, HttpClientTestingModule API Integration: Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs in front‑end applications, including request/response handling, error handling, and collaboration with backend teams on API contracts. Internationalization: Angular i18n experience for multilingual applications, including locale configuration and formatting. CMS: Contentful integration using Delivery/Preview APIs (REST or GraphQL), supporting localized content, assets, and performance considerations. CI/CD & Tooling: Angular CLI, Git, Azure DevOps pipelines and PR workflows, Agile Scrum using JIRA. Experience with responsive web & Accessibility WCAG 2.1 AA‑compliant Design systems: Experience working with internal Design Systems to ensure consistent, accessible user interfaces. Must have experience in utilizing AI‑assisted development tools ( Co-pilot or cursor). Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The candidate will collaborate with frontend QA and DevOps teams in an Agile Scrum environment. Ambitious with an ability to take initiative You should be passionate about quality and writing clean, reusable, readable code that scales and performs well
