Experience and Skill Set Requirements Software Testing Soft Skills- 40% • Analytical: Proven excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning and systematic problem solving • Communication: Strong communication skills; both written and verbal • Time Management: Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change • Great Attitude: Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams Software Testing Experience - 35 % • 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester • 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application • Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset • Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset • Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset • Displays an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts • Displays an understanding of PM Methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. Technical Skills - 20% • Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps • Strong understanding of defect management life cycle • Demonstrates an experience of proper Documentation of Test Cases / Test Execution Plans • Working knowledge and experience of QMetry is an asset • Working experience of an automation tool (GUI and API ) is an asset • Ability to write and understand SQL is an asset • Ability to understand data models is an asset • Ability to understand Java and Javascript is an asset Public Sector Experience- 5% • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset • Experience with Case Management would be an asset.

The specialist will be responsible for performing software quality assurance testing, specifically focusing on COTS applications and Oracle Siebel CRM. Key duties include defect tracking, creating test execution plans, and ensuring the quality of public sector eServices.

Candidates must have over 8 years of software QA experience and 5+ years testing COTS applications. Proficiency in Siebel CRM, Adobe AEM, and defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is highly valued.
