ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking, and tape.Mix and match paint colours as required.Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish.Maintain painting tools, equipment, and a clean work area.Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.Work collaboratively with project managers and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
