Business Analyst

Key Areas of Responsibility Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements Facilitating discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops Translating business needs into functional or technical specifications Performing current-state and future-state process analysis Developing process maps, workflows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria Identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities Supporting system implementations, integrations, migrations, and upgrades Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership Supporting testing, user acceptance testing, training, and organizational change Contributing to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments Profiles of Interest We are interested in connecting with Business Analysts who have experience in one or more of the following areas: IT and Digital Transformation Healthcare and Clinical Systems Government and Public Sector ERP, CRM, and Enterprise Applications Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Data, Analytics, Reporting, and Business Intelligence Supply Chain and Operational Analysis Asset Management and Asset-Intensive Environments Cybersecurity, IAM, and Identity Governance Municipal Systems, GIS, Cityworks, or ArcGIS Process Improvement and Business Process Design System Integration, Data Migration, or Cloud Transformation Qualifications Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role Strong requirements gathering and documentation capabilities Experience working with business and technical stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience Additional Assets Depending on the client and opportunity, the following may be beneficial or required: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, Prosci, Scrum, or related certification Canadian public-sector or healthcare experience Active Government of Canada security clearance Controlled Goods eligibility or registration Bilingual English/French communication skills Availability for onsite or hybrid work Experience responding to public-sector requirements or Statements of Work Location and Work Arrangement Opportunities may be remote, hybrid, or onsite in locations across Canada. Specific location, travel, work authorization, security clearance, and onsite requirements will vary by assignment. Important Note

Candidates must have professional experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. Relevant post-secondary education and experience with structured project delivery methodologies are required.
