Business Analyst with experience in the Student Financial Services field and the Canadian Public Sector is a must. 12-month contract- REMOTE 8+years of IT Experience related to the design, development, maintenance, or analysis of business applications. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 3 years gained in the last 7 years- Demonstrated experience working within the Student Financial Services field 3 years gained in the last 7 years- Demonstrated experience working within the Canadian Public Sector as a Business Analyst 5 years of demonstrated experience using SAFe, Agile or similar methodology 3 years gained in the last 7 years- Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps 3 years of demonstrated experience designing user interfaces for mobile-responsive web applications. 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in remote or in-person facilitation and requirements gathering by preparing and asking probing questions, performing current state and future state analysis for designing and developing the application in the large and complex enterprise level project delivery 5 years of demonstrated experience documenting business and application processes, diagramming the required process flows and documenting interfaces within application sub-systems, with external systems and between new and existing systems. 5 years of demonstrated experience in developing a requirement traceability matrix, product backlog, user stories, wireframe/prototype, user acceptance criteria and oversee the user acceptance testing. 5 years of demonstrated experience in performing business process analysis for complex business transformation initiatives by managing stakeholders in cross functional environment to develop the use cases for application customization. 5 years of demonstrated competency in interactive communication and effective collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders and experience working within a team environment. Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP would be an asset. 3 years of demonstrated experience in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project data from multiple sources to support project status reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level summaries.

Ce que vous ferez

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business applications and facilitating requirements gathering for large and complex enterprise-level projects. They will also document business processes and manage stakeholder relationships to support application customization.

Exigences

Candidates must have over 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst, including specific experience in Student Financial Services and the Canadian Public Sector. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and user interface design for mobile-responsive applications is also required.
