Product Strategy Help define the vision for the next generation Identify high-impact customer problems worth solving. Translate company strategy into a roadmap that creates competitive advantage. You'll leverage AI to accelerate: Customer research PRDs Wireframes Prototypes UX copy Competitive analysis Data analysis Engineering collaboration QA Documentation Product launches We're not looking for someone experimenting with AI. We're looking for someone who builds products differently because AI exists. Product Execution Own products from initial idea through to launch. Work closely with Engineering and Design to ship continuously. Remove bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, and create clarity. Maintain an incredibly high bar for quality. Customer Discovery Become obsessed with our customers: talk to them, watch them use the product, and read support conversations. Identify patterns before anyone else and turn insights into product improvements. Growth Product Everything should move a business metric. Improve: Activation Trial conversion Time-to-value Retention Expansion Customer satisfaction Product adoption Great products don't just ship features. They improve outcomes. Analytics Know what's happening inside the product. Build a culture where decisions are informed by data - but never slowed down by it. Define success before building. Coach PMs, improve product processes, and foster a high-performance culture. Who You Are You are a startup operator who loves building. You move effortlessly between strategy and execution, with the technical depth to talk to engineers and the commercial sense to understand revenue. You likely have: You probably have: 8+ years building B2B SaaS products Experience leading product teams Strong product intuition backed by customer research Excellent prioritization skills Strong technical understanding Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Design Experience launching successful products A history of making difficult product decisions

The Director of Product will define the product vision and strategy, leveraging AI to accelerate development and execution. They are responsible for owning products from ideation to launch while building and coaching a high-performance product organization.

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience building B2B SaaS products and a proven track record of leading product teams. Strong technical understanding and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution are essential.
