In This Role You Will: The Assistant Designer supports the team in creating products leading in innovation, design, function, fit and quality. You are mentored by a Senior Designer as well as a team of experienced designers. You will be the Designer’s right-hand person to support with day-to-day tasks: which includes the following: Initiate product development packets Update tech packs to reflect silo/construction changes throughout the product lifecycle Loading items into CBX Preparing packages for overseas counterparts Manage and maintain showroom samples and organization Prep showroom for sales meetings Qualifications: 0-2 years minimum industry experience is required AA, BA, in Design required Proficient in Adobe Illustrator Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word, Mac platform An understanding in 3D design would be a benefit Perks of Working With Tefron: Generous vacation and personal day allotment per year Health, vision, and dental benefits Access to telemedicine Employee Assistance Program On-site gym Public transit stipend or paid parking Birthdays off Year-round half-day Fridays Tefron is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
