<p>We are a manufacturing company located in <strong>Saint-Hubert</strong>, specializing in <strong>sheet metal fabrication</strong> (cutting, bending, welding, and assembly).</p><p>As part of our growth, we are looking for a <strong>Junior TIG Welder/Assembler</strong> to join our team.</p><p><strong>95% of the work is TIG welding (aluminum and stainless steel)</strong><br> <strong>Recent graduates are welcome</strong><br> <strong>Continued training provided</strong></p><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is motivated to learn and develop their skills in a structured production environment, with a strong focus on quality and distortion control.</p> <br> <p><strong> Main Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Read and interpret fabrication drawings</li><li>Assemble components for product manufacturing</li><li>Perform welding work, mainly <strong>GTAW (TIG)</strong></li><li>Work on precision projects with tight tolerances</li><li>Use measuring instruments (vernier, metric and imperial)</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe workspace</li></ul><p><strong> Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>DEP in Welding and Fitting or equivalent</li><li>Junior profile accepted (0?2 years of experience)</li><li>Strong interest in TIG welding, assembly, and precision work</li><li>Ability to read drawings</li><li>Detail-oriented, rigorous, and quality-focused</li><li>Pass an internal welding and drawing-reading test</li></ul><p><strong> Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications</li><li><strong>40-hour work week</strong></li><li>Finish at <strong>1:00 p.m. on Fridays</strong></li><li>Overtime available</li><li><strong>Group insurance (medical & dental)</strong></li><li><strong>Short-term and long-term disability coverage</strong></li><li><strong>3 weeks of vacation starting upon hiring</strong></li></ul>
