TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a L&D Designer/Developer III Job Description SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Please review in detail below) In this multi-functional role, you will have a national mandate to be engaged in a variety of initiatives designed to support our partners across the credit centers in Markham, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal and Vancouver. (In detail- review below) How much time is being spent in meetings: 3-4 hours a day Who are they interacting with (internal/external): Internal only Will the contractor have access to any customer data? NO! MUST HAVE Hard Skills: 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Visio and Power Point Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline360 and RISE360, as well as video development tools such as Powtoon. Previous experience developing presentation and communication materials for senior management at all levels SOFT SKILLS: Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently. A strong focus on attention to detail to produce high quality, accurate and timely deliverables to meet deadlines Ability to solve problems, influence and negotiate to deliver results NICE-TO-HAVE Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a Financial Institution, is an asset.
