Description Location: Montreal (on-site), on-site parking Status: Permanent, part-time (27 hours/week over 4 days) Schedule: Monday to Thursday, daytime Join Our Team The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical clinic, in collaboration with the physician from the Health Services Department. They are responsible for ensuring the quality of care and managing the activities of the Health Services Department. In collaboration with the People & Culture team, the incumbent contributes to managing absenteeism, CNESST and disability claims, as well as coordinating return-to-work plans and medical accommodations. They also serve as a liaison with physicians, healthcare professionals, and insurance providers. The incumbent plays a key role in prevention and occupational health and safety, including the follow-up of workplace injuries and incidents, first aid, vaccination programs, training, and the promotion of health and well-being in the workplace. Autonomous, organized, and professional, they have solid experience in occupational health, demonstrate excellent judgment, and build relationships of trust with employees, managers, and various stakeholders. Here’s How You’ll Contribute Clinical Services Provide first aid and assess minor injuries Follow up on workplace injuries, incidents, and accidents Participate in vaccination programs and health and wellness promotion initiatives Occupational Health and Safety Manage CNESST and short-term disability claims Coordinate gradual return-to-work plans and medical accommodations Liaise with treating physicians and healthcare professionals Participate in the Health and Safety Committee and analyze trends related to incidents and injuries Develop and support occupational health and safety prevention initiatives Training and Prevention Oversee the follow-up of first responders, training programs, and certifications Develop and deliver health and safety awareness and training activities Support for Managers and People & Culture Advise managers on absenteeism management and health-related cases Ensure the administrative follow-up and documentation of Health Services cases Qualifications You Have Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Nursing Bachelor’s degree in science or certificate in occupational health and safety (an asset) Member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) 5 years of experience in occupational health Experience managing occupational injury, disability, and return-to-work cases (an asset) Bilingual in French and English Current CPR certification Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong ability to analyze clinical situations and formulate recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced proficiency in English is required, as the incumbent will regularly be required to interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners); interact in English with internal parties (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders); and work in an English-language IT environment as part of the duties associated with this position, which has a national scope.

Exigences
Candidates must hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Nursing and be a member in good standing of the OIIQ. A minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health and bilingual proficiency in English and French are required.
