We’re full-service and fully loaded with an industry-leading diverse fleet of over 80,000 trailers and a support network of 240 service bays, 118 mobile service trucks, and 430+ skilled mechanics. This role is responsible for the coordination, dispatch, and administrative support of mobile service operations while working closely with service writers, mobile technicians, vendors, and management to ensure efficient execution of repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer support. Specific responsibilities include: Work directly with mobile technicians on service requests such as tire calls, safety inspections, and scheduled maintenance appointments. Collaborate with service writers to review work orders, add missing or critical information, and ensure accurate case file documentation. Enter and maintain key information in work orders and case files to support invoicing, chargebacks, compliance, and reporting. Follow up with vendors on repair delays, missing documentation, and outstanding or incorrect invoices. Communicate key information to internal teams, including CVI documents, inspection reports, invoices, and repair updates. Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with clients, assist with service requests and identify the best solutions through coordination with shops, mobile vendors, or management. Support the creation, modification, and follow-up of estimates and quotes, including communication with clients regarding purchase orders. Qualifications: Strong and immediate computer proficiency. Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. We believe in investing in our employees.
