We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product set-up Administrator to assist in the setup and administration of product information across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to gather accurate product specifications, pricing, and descriptions. The ideal candidate will ensure data consistency, perform quality checks, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities Create sku’s for new products in ERP System and maintain product data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product specifications, pricing, and descriptions to create product listings. Reach out to suppliers to obtain accurate and up-to-date product data, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of required information. Maintain product records, pricing, and images. Maintain product categorization and organization, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient database. Monitor the quality of data across multiple systems and troubleshoot issues that arise. Support in generating reports and tracking metrics related to product setup and creation. Actively seek ways to streamline product setup processes, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in data or product administration, or administrative support. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems, or ERP systems. Basic knowledge of inventory management and pricing structures, an asset. Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data consistency. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational and time management skills. Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written.
