About this opportunity As a Credit Manager, you will be working closely with the Controller shaping and managing our credit policies, ensuring that they are effective, flexible, and aligned with the company's financial goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, as you’ll be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, thoroughly reviewing financial data, and providing strategic guidance on credit decisions. Your ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk, and recommend adjustments to credit limits or terms will be critical in protecting the company’s financial health. In addition to policy creation and refinement, you’ll have a hands-on role in day-to-day credit analysis, ensuring that the accounts receivable processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your insights will directly contribute to reducing bad debt while maintaining strong relationships with key clients. What will set you apart from the rest Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with B2B and B2C customers in various industries. * Familiarity with third-party collections. The Credit Manager is responsible for shaping and managing credit policies to align with financial goals while assessing the creditworthiness of customers. They will handle day-to-day credit analysis and manage accounts receivable processes to reduce bad debt.

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and over 5 years of experience in credit management or accounts receivable. Proficiency in D365 F&O and strong financial analysis skills are required.
