We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to develop and manage our UK - South territory, promoting our cardiothoracic product portfolio and building strong, credible relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders. This is a field-based role combining commercial ownership with hands-on clinical education and support. What You Will Do Manage and develop the designated territory, growing existing business and identifying new opportunities. Build effective relationships with Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Specialist Registrars, Theatre Sisters and Supplies Managers. Create structured journey, territory and call plans to ensure effective customer coverage. Provide clinical instruction, product advice and support to clinicians and theatre teams, including support in operating theatres. Organise and deliver study days, symposia and in-service training for medical and nursing staff. Attend relevant exhibitions, customer events and quarterly sales meetings. Work closely with the UK Head Office team to support new product introductions and promotional activity. Manage commercial discussions appropriately, including escalation of pricing changes and customer sponsorship to the Regional Sales Manager. Undertake regular UK travel, with occasional national and international travel. What You Will Bring A proven track record in sales, ideally within medical devices or a related healthcare market. A degree in a science, nursing and/or business discipline. A professional, credible approach and the confidence to work with clinical and commercial stakeholders. Strong planning, relationship-building, presentation and communication skills. A full driving licence; a clean licence is preferred. Teaching or training experience would be advantageous. Commercial experience involving cardiovascular grafts, valves or other heart-related products would be advantageous. Competence using standard computer applications. Why Join Us?
