Your Role Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring exceptional data quality and confidentiality. Serve as the primary administrator for employee documentation, including preparing and distributing offer letters and employment verification letters. Update employee files in a timely manner. Coordinate and administer routine HR processes while ensuring deadlines, documentation, and service standards are consistently met. Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards. Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. Additional duties as required. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. Experience supporting Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Executive Administration, or other confidential administrative functions is an asset. An Administrative Professional Certificate, Office Administration Diploma, Business Administration Diploma, Human Resources Administration Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience is an asset. Experience with Taleo and Oracle systems is an asset. Familiarity with the MS Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. A collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
