You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. They are responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing daily operations, and enforcing company policies.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of hands-on retail or service management experience. Applicants should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
