Communicate insights clearly using effective data storytelling techniques tailored to business audiences. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Product Owners, IT teams, and Supply Chain partners. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI standards, analytical practices, and visualization guidelines. Strong hands‑on experience with AWS QuickSight (both administration and development). Advanced SQL skills; Python is an asset. Proven experience in the retail industry (sales, inventory, margins, promotions, e‑commerce, or omnichannel analytics). Supply chain operations experience is a strong asset. Demonstrated ability to work directly with business teams and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Strong understanding of data visualization and user‑centric dashboard design. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Building a culture of belonging We firmly believe that the diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and identities is a fundamental strength of the ALDO Group.
