We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Property Maintenance & Landscape Technician to help maintain our residential and commercial properties to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for landscaping, lawn care, shrub and tree maintenance, seasonal property cleanups, pressure washing, window cleaning, and general building upkeep. This hands-on role includes operating landscaping equipment, maintaining the appearance and safety of properties, performing minor repairs, and assisting with routine maintenance projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and is committed to ensuring our properties remain clean, attractive, and well-maintained year-round. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and possess experience in landscaping and property maintenance, we encourage you to apply. Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000
