Dining Room Server

The DR Server is responsible for ensuring food is served in a courteous and efficient manner, following proper food handling practices; and sustaining The Berkeley properties at the highest level of cleanliness, ensuring exemplary service, in a courteous and efficient manner. Food Service: Serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exemplary customer service. Maintain knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items. Strictly adhere to food and safety standards. Follow correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage on the menu. Listen to and solicit resident feedback regarding their dining experience. Ensure serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. are cleaned and set to specific standards.

Responsible for serving meals in a courteous and efficient manner while adhering to food safety standards. Maintains the cleanliness of the dining room and solicits resident feedback to ensure exemplary service.

Must be able to follow correct serving techniques and maintain knowledge of dietary restrictions. Requires a commitment to high cleanliness standards and professional customer service.
