We are seeking Independent Cleaning Contractors for ongoing post-construction and turnover suite cleaning projects. WHAT WE OFFER * Consistent work opportunities * Bi-weekly payments * No need to market your services or hunt for jobs * Ongoing residential construction and turnover cleaning assignments RESPONSIBILITIES * Complete post-construction cleaning and debris removal * Perform turnover suite cleans to move-in-ready standards * Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, appliances, and all surfaces * Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail units * Report any deficiencies or damages REQUIREMENTS * Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee) * Valid Business/Company Registration * Valid GST/HST Number * Current Commercial General Liability Insurance * Current Provincial Workers' Compensation/Labour Insurance (Nova Scotia WCB coverage, where applicable) * Reliable transportation * Own cleaning equipment and supplies * Experience in post-construction or turnover cleaning preferred COMPENSATION * Competitive contract rates * Bi-weekly payment schedule * Ongoing work available for qualified Independent Contractors This opportunity is for Independent Contractors only and is not an employment position.

Perform post-construction and turnover suite cleaning to prepare residential units for new occupants. This includes sanitizing surfaces, appliances, and fixtures while ensuring the property meets move-in-ready standards.
