REQUIRED: RBQ & CCQ A leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years' experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high-rise rental properties. We are looking for experienced Contractors to perform quality home repairs, remodeling, and improvement tasks in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout Windsor and Leamington. RESPONSIBILITIES Installation of Vanity Cabinets Installation of Slab Doors and Sliding Closet Doors Installation of Baseboard and quarter round Painting and drywall install and repairs. Installing floor tiles, tubs around, backsplash tiles. Installation of Closet Shelves (to be cut to size on-site) Miscellaneous Carpentry (Bathroom Accessories, Air Grills etc.) Installation of Laminate Countertops Installing of floors (vinyl, laminate hardwood ) Additional skillset of interior renovations Plumbing Hookups considered an asset JOB REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years’ experience as a Contractor Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean Driver’s Abstract Able to problem solve on-site and off-site Operate all tools required to complete work Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule Own Tools Required (They are not supplied) WHY CHOOSE US! RESPONSABILITÉS Installation de meubles-lavabos (vanités) Installation de portes pleines et de portes coulissantes de garde-robe Installation de plinthes et de quarts-de-rond Travaux de peinture ainsi qu'installation et réparation de cloisons sèches (gypse) Installation de carreaux de sol, revêtements de baignoire et dosserets en céramique Installation d'étagères de garde-robe (découpe sur place requise) Travaux divers de menuiserie (accessoires de salle de bain, grilles d'aération, etc.) Installation de comptoirs stratifiés Installation de revêtements de sol (vinyle, stratifié, bois franc) Compétences additionnelles en rénovation intérieure Les raccordements de plomberie constituent un atout EXIGENCES DU POSTE Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience comme entrepreneur Permis de conduire valide de l'Ontario avec dossier de conduite impeccable Capacité à résoudre des problèmes sur les chantiers et hors chantier Capacité à utiliser tous les outils nécessaires à l'exécution des travaux Aptitude à suivre et à compléter un calendrier de tâches quotidien, hebdomadaire et mensuel Outils personnels obligatoires (non fournis par l'entreprise) POURQUOI CHOISIR NOTRE ENTREPRISE ?
