Trade Relationship and Performance Management Monitor the early performance of newly placed trades and gather feedback from site/project management to confirm fit and quality of work. Support ongoing performance management processes for trades in coordination with the Trade Services Manager, including addressing performance concerns. Track performance outcomes to continuously refine sourcing and selection criteria for future recruitment. Act as a point of contact for trades on performance-related matters, trade engagement issues, addressing questions and resolving issues as they arise. Provide regular updates to the Trade Services Manager on trade performance, retention, and recruitment pipeline status. Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison Liaise regularly with local and regional management teams to align on project needs, resource allocation, and client expectations. Partner with the Trade Services Manager to forecast upcoming labour needs based on project pipeline.
