Permanent Full Time - Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Savings Administration to join our team and support the administration of segregated fund products. In this role, you'll work closely with advisors, clients, and business partners to ensure the accurate processing and administration of savings products while providing exceptional service and support. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, solve complex issues, and contribute to a team committed to delivering outstanding client experiences. What You'll Do Administer and process segregated fund transactions, including new deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account maintenance activities. Ensure contracts and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Respond to inquiries from clients, advisors, business partners, and internal stakeholders through phone, email, and written correspondence. Investigate and resolve client and operational issues, identifying solutions and escalating concerns when required. Reconcile discrepancies, resolve accounting errors, and process necessary adjustments. Maintain service standards by providing timely, professional, and accurate communication. Support continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and other team activities as required. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of registered and non-registered savings products and applicable pension regulations. What You Bring Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, investments, banking, or a related industry. Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and identify effective solutions. Proven ability to learn new concepts, processes, and systems quickly. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable adapting to change and working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications (Assets) Experience working with Segregated Fund products. Knowledge of registered and non-registered savings products, including RRSPs, LIRA, and TFSA’s. Experience using Unitrax, FundSERV, or similar investment administration platforms. - The base salary for this position is between $48,400 - $60,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
