We are currently seeking a Part-Time Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sidney Care Home, located in beautiful Sidney, B.C. The Opportunity: Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist (Part-time) Schedule: Part-Time – 21 hours per week As our Physiotherapist, you’ll assess and treat residents with a variety of physical needs, promoting mobility, independence, and overall well-being. You’ll also help enhance residents' quality of life through education, programming, and compassionate, person-centered care. What You’ll Be Doing: Conducting mobility, gait, and transfer assessments Providing pain management strategies Leading post-fall assessments and care planning Developing and implementing exercise programs Supervising and supporting Rehabilitation Assistants Initiating and maintaining walking programs Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes What We’re Looking For: Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of BC New graduates are welcome—we value fresh perspectives!
