Role Overview Associate Brand Manager role offers a distinctive opportunity to build broad brand-marketing experience by supporting multiple brands rather than owning just one. Working across Caledon Farms, Crumps' Naturals, and Dog Delights, you will partner with an experienced team of marketers, R&D, and agency partners to help drive the business forward through strong brand-building, consumer-centric innovation, and integrated business planning. As a developing marketer, you will support the thinking and execution of specific elements of the marketing mix and the portfolio's priority projects, flexing your focus across brands based on where support is needed most. You are building a strong marketing technical skill set and will work cross-functionally to help bring winning new products, packaging, and consumer programs to market. Key Responsibilities Support the development of brand strategy recommendations grounded in consumer insights, including target audience, positioning, and objectives across Caledon Farms, Crumps' Naturals, and Dog Delights. Assist in assessing brand performance and identifying growth opportunities and actionable insights across the portfolio. Support agencies and internal stakeholders in the creation and execution of integrated marketing programs, including consumer promotions, digital content, partnership initiatives, packaging design, and in-store point-of-purchase (POP) materials. Support the identification of portfolio growth and optimization opportunities and contribute to annual business planning and growth projections. Monitor and communicate project expenses to help ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively manage priorities and communicate capacity across Caledon Farms, Crumps' Naturals, and Dog Delights, escalating competing priorities when necessary. Collaborate with R&D and Innovation teams to support a consumer-driven innovation pipeline and identify opportunities based on market trends and consumer insights. Support cross-functional teams in bringing new product, packaging, and renovation initiatives to market across the portfolio. Recipe for Success 2-3 years of Associate Brand Management, Assistant Brand Management, or related marketing experience, preferably within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment (including co-op and internship experience). Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities across brands while maintaining strong organization and time-management skills. Proven ability to successfully manage fast-paced projects from inception to completion, often across multiple brands simultaneously. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences. Ability to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.
