testing, adjusting and balancing (tab) technician for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (hvac)

Established Calgary home services company seeking a licensed HVAC installer (residential retrofit ? furnace & AC) to help us in building the HVAC side of the business. Residential work ? furnace installs, AC installs, and related service. Hours are approximately 8-24 per week, negotiable. Committed hours will be honoured regardless of business volume. Candidates who prefer to expand hours as work grows are welcome; those who prefer to keep hours consistent will not be pushed to take on more. Compensation is open ? fixed hourly, per-install commission or profit share. Structure can be discussed and set based on candidate preference. Scheduling is flexible: days, evenings, or weekends. Requirements: Alberta Gasfitter ticket (Class B minimum) and Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License. Must be able to pull the permits. Heavy lifting and grunt work is covered by the crew.
