The Sales Associate acts as the face of the Ashley brand, helping guests find home furnishings and meeting productivity goals. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, maintaining a prospect system, and staying updated on competitor pricing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably over two years of experience in retail or commissioned sales. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
