Ashley Canada is currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) for our Windsor store located at 650 Division Rd. This position is being posted to fill an immediate staffing need within the department. We are actively seeking qualified candidates who can step into the role and contribute to the team as soon as possible. As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of visual presentation for our home furnishing products in our stores. As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store), you will: * Provide efficient and accurate support related to visual presentation, warehousing, customer service, pickups, movement of goods & merchandising * Be responsible for store maintenance - including the exterior of the building * Receive product and prepare outbound shipments * Prepare product for floor placement or delivery * Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation * Load and unload freight trailers * Keep the warehouse area organized and clean As a successful candidate you will have the following: * High School Diploma or GED preferred * 6 months to 1-year related experience an asset * Ability to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Experience with MS Office products and ability to learn in-house inventory management system * Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs. AI tools may be used during the hiring process to screen, assess or select applicants for the position.

The Warehouse Merchandise Handler is responsible for assisting with visual product presentation, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing inventory. They will also handle the receiving of products, preparation of shipments, and the loading and unloading of freight trailers.

Candidates should be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and possess basic experience with MS Office products. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
