Business Quality Analyst II Location: Hybrid - Kingston, Toronto The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $79,200 - $126,500. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only; fixed-term contract and casual roles are not eligible for annual bonus and would receive only the base salary component. What you’ll be working on Communications with business leadership to ensure proper capture of Business Requirements Ensuring solutions delivered meet stakeholder objectives with manual validation techniques Use Empire’s Product Delivery Framework, our internal best practices in the delivery of solutions Provide gap analysis and make recommendations to stakeholders on potential solutions to address business Coaching new members of the team on the Product Delivery Framework Lead Scrum Ceremonies and the delivery of smaller initiatives, as required What we’re looking for you to have Post secondary degree or diploma and/or equivalent work experience 2-4 years experience in Business Analyst role 2+ years experience working in Scrum based teams and creation of User Stories Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or project Ability to work independently and as a team member as required Flexibility to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment Ability to build relationships across the organization Effectively communicate across the organization Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels Ability and willingness to mentor, coach and train junior members If you are applying for a position which is open to applicants across Canada, unless otherwise indicated in the position, language proficiency in English is required for communicating with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.
