The Glencoe Golf & Country Club offers an abundance of golf opportunities and amenities. We are seeking energetic and outgoing Outdoor Services Attendants to join our team for the remainder of our 2026 Golf Season. As an Outdoor Services Attendant you will be the first welcoming point of contact for members and guests who are ready to go out for their golf game, greet members with a smile and a wave, and have their clubs and cart ready to go for a round of golf! You will also be empowered to find ways of going above and beyond to enhance the members and guest experience. Responsibilities: * Delivering service excellence to members and guests by going above and beyond when greeting them as they arrive, building relationships and ensuring they are equipped with everything they need to enjoy a round of golf * Completing maintenance, up keeping and storage management of golf clubs, prepare carts and electronic power caddies to the preference of members and guests * Providing serviced and spotless power carts to players while ensuring rotation and implementation of power cart rental policies * Promptly addressing any member questions and concerns and if necessary, escalate to a supervisor to ensure their query is addressed * Maintain good and open communication across all departments at the Golf course Qualifications: * Must have a positive attitude with a proven track record of excellent service * Professional and clear communication skills * Ability to thrive in team and independent settings * Must be comfortable standing or walking during the length of shift and be able to repetitively lift supplies weighing up to 35lbs * Golf knowledge is considered an asset * First Aid & CPR Certification is considered an asset * Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location Why choose us: * An inclusive and diverse working environment highlighted by creativity and collaboration, featuring top industry leaders * Numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth including training and development * Delicious, fulsome employee meals prepared daily * Numerous employee recognition programs to reward you for your incredible efforts Additional Details: These are full-time and part-time positions that report to the Outdoor Services Director. Successful candidates will be required to work through to the end of the Golf Season (mid-late October 2026) and must have availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport online certifications prior to commencing employment.
