As Team Leader, you are responsible for managing a team up to 6 people while performing the delivery of services. You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have experience in landscaping and previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. Specific Responsibilities: Install & service irrigation sprinkler & lighting systems Ensure tasks are completed ona timely schedule Switch gears quickly to accomplish a variety of different tasks Be able to explain technical concepts and procedures Be good at working with teams and communicating with other team members Perform landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns Job Requirements: Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record Experience in irrigation & Lighting, landscape and lawn sprinklers is preferred; training is provided Previous leadership experience Customer focussed Experience using landscape lighting, irrigation supplies & tools Self motivated; able to work alone or in ta team setting Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature Benefits: Benefits package varies by location We are actively interviewing for this position - Apply today and our hiring manager will follow up!

The Irrigation Technician will install and service irrigation and lighting systems while managing a team of up to six people. They are also responsible for performing various landscape maintenance tasks and addressing client concerns.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and previous experience in irrigation, lighting, and landscaping. Strong leadership skills and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
