Senior Project Manager (PM) - SickKids Enterprise Wide Mental Health Strategy SickKids is renewing and implementing an ambitious Mental Health Strategy https://www.sickkids.ca/en/care-services/mental-health/ to improve child and youth mental health services and outcomes for the diverse populations we serve across the hospital. Reporting to the Executive Director of the Brain and Mental Health Services and the Chief of the Child and Youth Mental Health Collaborative, the Senior Project Manager will play a lead role in organizing a multi-year project plan that supports the governance structure and the Implementation Teams who will focus on the key directives and objectives of the Strategy. Here's What You'll Get To Do Develop and support complex multi-year project plans that support the activities and reporting accountabilities of the governance committees and our Implementation Teams. In collaboration with leadership across all Mental Health Strategy Implementation Teams, develop annual key performance indicators and a dashboard that monitors quantifiable progress against annual goals. Leverage available data and utilize data analysis to provide support, direction and decision making for multiple projects/initiatives within the SickKids. Provide financial management (budget, tracking, reporting) in support of key leaders accountable for project execution and deliverables. Support the development of proposals that align directions and objectives of the Strategy. Apply a rigorous project management approach and change management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of all projects. Collaborate with leadership colleagues to support the overall success of the professional development and clinical care initiatives. Essential Requirements Here's What You'll Need: Master's degree in health or business administration, or equivalent leadership and administrative experience in a healthcare context. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or preparation for designation in progress. Minimum three years of experience working in a complex hospital/institutional environment in the context of project management or process improvement. Demonstrated capacity to collaboratively plan, execute and evaluate large scale change management processes. Excellent financial and statistical data analytic and management skills in a healthcare environment - knowledge of financial, electronic health record systems, business intelligence tools and data analytic approaches required. Demonstrated capacity to prepare data driven reports, presentations including delivery of presentations to senior audiences and stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of business applications such as Office 365 (inclusive of all apps- Power Bl, Excel etc). Capacity to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple and shifting priorities. Ability to work in a highly accountable, measurement informed environment Exemplary communication, interpersonal and group facilitation skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to collaborate and cultivate productive relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders. Demonstrates commitment and actions in advancing equity, diversity and inclusion objectives. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with hospital electronic health record systems is an asset (Eg. EPIC). Orientation to the issues and context of child and youth mental health an asset.
