You tell everyone how amazing your life is now What You Get To Do: As a Level 1 Service Technician and Dispatch, you will be the first point of contact for incoming client service requests — creating and triaging tickets, scheduling technicians, and providing initial troubleshooting support before escalating anything that needs a heavier hand. You will also be responsible for basic hardware and software installs and other technical help as required. Where will you be working? SITTING ALONE IN THE DARK CORNER OF YOUR BASEMENT WEARING SWEATPANTS AND EATING CEREAL FOR LUNCH. Just kidding - again if that describes you, do not apply for this position.
