The Opportunity We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who wants to work in a true sports medicine environment, collaborating closely with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other practitioners to deliver high-level care. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who: Wants to work with an active and athletic patient population Is interested in injury rehabilitation and performance-based treatment Thrives in a team-based, fast-paced clinic environment Wants to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (Sports MD, Physios, Chiros, Osteos, S&C Coaches) Who We Are The LAB Sports Med. is a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic specializing in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of sport and recreational injuries. Our team works with everyone from active individuals and weekend warriors to high-performance and professional athletes, using a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care. With a 5,000 sq ft facility designed for both rehabilitation and performance training, we bridge the gap between recovery and performance through a science-backed, movement-focused model. What We’re Looking For Requirements Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTO Professional liability insurance Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team Interest in working with active individuals and athletes Assets Experience with sports massage or rehab-focused treatments Knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries and recovery Techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy Additional certifications (cupping, IASTM, etc.) What We Offer Multidisciplinary team environment (Sports MD, Physio, Chiro, Osteo, etc.) Established, strong patient base Strong focus on collaborative, evidence-based care Access to an active and athletic patient population A modern clinic with a large performance and rehab facility Full administrative support including booking and direct billing Ongoing learning and development opportunities Company benefits (Casual dress, Company events, On-site gym, On-site parking, Wellness program) Clinic Hours Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM The schedule will be based on availability and clinic needs.
