What You Will Do In This Role Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations Handle cash and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age Upsell additional products when appropriate Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed What We Are Looking For From You Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Familiarity with POS systems for order processing Ability to handle food safely and responsibly Proficiency in basic math for cash handling purposes Strong bartending skills including drink preparation and presentation Excellent customer service and communication skills What’s In It For You 20% employee discount dining card valid at participating Recipe brands $17.60 + Tips Flexible scheduling Chance to be part of a team that is committed to growing leaders who care Competitive wages Fun working environment Growth and development opportunities within the restaurant Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology talents while providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
