The Legal Services Department is a full-service law office supporting all aspects of the operations of the City of Winnipeg. As The Solicitor II (Land Development), You Will Provide legal advice, opinions and services to the City, its departments and committees of Council. Have conduct of complex commercial files in general and with a focus on land use planning, zoning and development. Draft, negotiate, review and interpret agreements and related documents, land title documentation, by-laws, policies and reports. Provide similar legal services in other practice areas, as required.
