Our client, a leading organization in the mining industry, is seeking an Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics to join their team on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring three days per week onsite at the company's downtown Toronto office, with the remaining days worked remotely. Responsibilities Design and develop useful metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analyses, and reports to support a variety of HR and business initiatives. Use a variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, focus groups, database mining, and external benchmarking) to gather, analyze, and interpret people data and derive useful information. Maintain accurate, secure, and well-organized HR data and employee records across systems, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates. Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM and advance the HR Technology Roadmap. Participate in special projects and initiatives that support the execution of the Human Resources roadmap. Participate in the selection of data analytics tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Social Sciences or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 3 to 5+ years experience in HR reporting, analytics, HR systems, or related functions. Experience with HRIS, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience in HR data management (transformation, validation, migration) and reporting (dashboards, visualizations, executive reporting).
