Minimum Qualifications Working towards an undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Outlook G2/G License required Day in the life A typical day involves supporting daily operations through accurate data management and order processing. Responsibilities include reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completing data entry for timely submission, maintaining records of daily sales and volume transactions, and entering customer orders into the dispatching software to support efficient scheduling and delivery operations. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy are essential to ensure smooth workflow and reliable reporting throughout the day.
