From assisting with plant operations and monitoring materials to maintaining equipment and keeping the site running efficiently, you'll play a key role in every stage of production. Whether you're operating loaders and other equipment, performing routine maintenance, supporting quality control, or ensuring the plant stays clean and organized, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. Assist with asphalt plant operations, monitor materials, and operate loaders and other equipment. Maintain site cleanliness and perform routine equipment maintenance while prioritizing safety protocols.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous construction and operating experience, along with mechanical inclination and willingness to work shifts and weekends, are required.
