Qualifications Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50lbs Willing to work shift work and weekends Mechanically inclined Previous construction and operating experience Compensation Data $25-$30 per hour. From assisting with plant operations and monitoring materials to maintaining equipment and keeping the site running efficiently, you'll play a key role in every stage of production. Whether you're operating loaders and other equipment, performing routine maintenance, supporting quality control, or ensuring the plant stays clean and organized, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.
